Design & Merchandising

Our designers study international and domestic trends with a keen eye, providing a strong support system and a high level of input in fabric and apparel design. They offer fresh and original designs, illustrations and new styles, working seamlessly with the customer’s in-house design team. Their job is to assist on everything – from a concept to a full collection.

Our team of merchandisers collaborate with our customers to ensure they get the best from costing to logistical efficiencies, taking care of a significant portion of the buyers merchandising activities.

Technical Services

Our team of highly skilled pattern makers and technicians monitor and ensure optimum fit and technical support from proto types and salesman samples to final inspections.

Sampling

To ensure that garments of different materials and sizes fit well, our R&D team works with specialized softwares and systems in our sample rooms alongside our experienced pattern makers.

We understand our customer needs and are able to streamline the sampling process. We start all orders with a proto, followed by a pre-production sample and then a shipment sample where necessary.

Sourcing & Production

With a regional presence in India, we are able to offer customers a rich network of suitable factories and unlimited capacities. We are able to place produtions where it fits each best. We can hit price points and are able to manufacture small or big quantities in premium quality. Knowing the strength and weaknesses of each factory, allows us to achieve an average lead time of 75-90 days from order placement to ex-factory.

Micon Impex offers numerous embellishments and treatments on its products including all screen printing applications, flocking, wash techniques, and embroideries (including hand embroideries).

Logistics

We help buyers manage their logistics be it FOB or LDP. We coordinate with various clearing and forwarding agents (ocean and air freight) to get the best possible rates and plan a customers cargo movement in the fastest way possible.

Private Label

Our rich experience in setting up private labels allows us to support and partner with international and domestic brands, to help establish their sales and distribution channels in India.

Every season, the team is focused on pushing the envelope and making sure the strategy is aligned while still offering great value to the retailer and ultimately to the customer. Our main aim it to cement consumer brand loyalty for our partners.
